Boxing Punch Techniques

Cross

Lead Hook

A circular punch delivered with the lead hand.

Tip: Pivot your lead foot and rotate the torso.

Rear Hook

Strong hook punch thrown with the rear head.

Tip: Keep elbow bent and follow through the punch.

Rear UpperCut

Upward punch targeting the chin or body.

Tip: Bend knees and drive upward from the legs.

Rear UpperCut

Powerful upward punch thrown with the rear hand

Tip: Dip slightly and explode upward.

Boxing combination

Move your head slightly to the side to avoid a straight punch.

Block

Use your gloves and arms to absorb imcoming attacks and punches.

Tip: Keep your gaurd tight and elbows close.

Redirect the opponent's punch with a small hand movement.

Tip: Parry lightly and prepare to counter.

Roll

Bend your knees and roll under hooks to avoid impact.

Tip: Stay balanced and ready to counter-attack.

Clinch

Hold your opponent briefly to stop their attack.

Tip: Use Clinch when under pressure.

Footwork

Move around the ring to avoid punches and control distances.

Tip: Stay light on your feet.
